Cantiere Hambirreria

@cantierehambirreria is a beautiful old industrial style venue located on Viale dell'Università in Lecce. Since a few weeks it is also located in Milan.

Among the many proposals on the menu you will also find vegan alternatives, which we hope will increase over time.

We tried the very good veggie balls, which are steamed and fried vegetable balls served with vegan red cabbage mayonnaise, and the blue vegan burger, a beautiful and very good blue bun with a chickpea and barley burger. The only flaw was the use of natural tofu as cheese in the sandwich. This is irrelevant in our opinion, as there are many alternatives on the market.

We washed it down with a couple of excellent beers.
